I replied to an email in text, and received this error message back [in an
email from "AVG"?]

This is the AVG E-mail Scanner program.

I'm sorry to have to inform you that the message returned
below could not be delivered to one or more destinations.
The E-mail server has responded with the following error:

-------------------------------------------------------------------
DATA: message content is not acceptable here
-------------------------------------------------------------------

There is no virus, there is no content filter, so what the !xxxx* is this?

I use W2Kpro, and Outlook Express 6.0.

OK , I think is was the Regex plug in [disabled now] for Spampal, but how
did AVG get into that?

AVG may have appended a note to your outgoing email, but I don't think
AVG "sent" you an email.

Sounds like AVG email checking and that Regex/Spam (whatever that is,
exactly), don't play nice together.
You can disable AVG from checking either/both incoming/outgoing email if
you want to keep the other thingie, see if that works.

I turned of Regex, if thats the one in Spampal.
I didn't think Spampal did outgoing.
