AVG Free bin file

Am having problems with automatic downloads for AVG free so I went to
Grisoft & downloaded the latest update.This is U7E323A3-1 & this is a .bin
file & can't figure where to install it.Any help or info is appreciated

you have to update from a file. if you clicked remember this setting and
clicked update from internet you need to check your setting and then update
from a file.
(open your update control panel and the settings are in there)

The Grisoft seemed to be having trouble yesterday, but it appears to be
okay today. You should be able to update normally again.
