It's possible that AVG free 7.0 updated doesn't find these viruses :

sp2hosts.exe W32/Sdbot.worm.gen.g
explorerx.exe W32/Sdbot.worm.gen.g

I found these on symantec security check online

why avg free isn't able to recognise these virus ?
because It's free ?

Whenever I have taken Norton Internet Shit2004/5 off a computer, I ahve not
been surprised at all to find dozens of viruses with avg.

It might be that they are false positives on the Symantec scanner.

You complained that Symantec found something AVG had missed.
He said his experience is the opposite - that AVG has found many things that
Symantec failed to see.
