It is not doing it for you. It is doing it for itself. I have extra
major
questions about it's embedded email client. It is named
Cyrus SASL 2.1.13 and so far as I can tell so far is a redhat product.
It is either creating or disclosing the creation and sending of authorless
emails within itself. (that is, a blank FROM field, not the complete
header
which includes a my address as a "from")
The logs are usually named "emc" or 'emc-##' and on my machine are under
WINDOWS/Application Data/AVG7/Log/.
My question is: is it a security hole within the product or is the product
itself doing it?
Maybe someone here knows all about it.
