Is there any way to specify which drives and folders get scanned
during a "Complete Test" ?
 
Yes, Start "Run AVG Anti-Virus" Then Tests>Custom - Then check what drive
you want to scan

Click "Tests", "Custom Test", then expand "My Computer" and
select the drives and folders you want scanned.
