I just started using AVG Free anti-virus program. I have it set to scan incoming
email only. All incoming mail that is in http format appears to OE to have an
attachment when in fact it seems to just be the AVG tag at the end of the
message. Pure text messages do not show this as an attachment. I assume that if
I let AVG scan outgoing mail AND I used http email format that my recipients
would see my messages as having attachments. Some businesses do not allow any
attachments to pass into their email system.
Is this a known issue? Or not a big deal?
