AVG 7.0 - still can't cleanly create rescue disks

I have 3 cleanly "full" formatted disks ready. And another disk which
is a WinME startup disk I created, stripped down to just command.com,
io.sys, msdos.sys and ano, and confirmed it boots up OK

Just upgraded to v 7.0 (free) - and it falls over doing disk 2. Having
created a folder on my hard drive to see what it may be doing, it looks
like it's trying to write to fairly large avi7.001 onto the same floppy
as avi7.000 without trying to squeeze it on the next disk

So is the only way around this to create a bootable CD and put the files
from the folder on?

Try letting AVG format the disk and install what it needs to boot the system.
That's what I did and it made a set of 4 disk without a glitch.

Trouble is - I can't create a boot disk from the format pane that come
up (in WinME).

Cheers
When I choose to format disks 2 onwards, I can get AVG to fit onto
floppies. Many thanks
