Windows XP Average the last 5 Numbers in a row

I am looking for formula advice on how to average the last five entries in a row that may contain up to 30 columns of data. Some of the columns may be blank. Data will be added weekly to multiple rows.

Any thoughts?

(I found a similar post and solution on this site, but have been unable to apply)
