Avast + Spy Catcher?

I remember reading that someone had solved the problem of running these two
programs. I have ashQuick running every night and want to add in
SpyCatcher to supress the nonsense messages. Is there a problem? What is
the solution?

The solution may be to use Spybot S&D instead of spycatcher, it is more
effective and happily cohabits with Avast
