avance ac 97

my avance ac 97 audio is installed but not working. It
says that it cannot start and displays a code 10. What
the heck is going on?

A friend of mine is having the same problem. As he can't seem to gai
access to the internet to find a solution I'm acting as a go between.
Did you manage to resolve the issue, and if so, how
