How do you edit the autoexpand (fill-as-you-type) information? Some
information that has been entered is incorrect and needs to be deleted or
corrected.

That is the standard Office autocorrect. I guess what I have must be in the
database. It was written by someone else who is no longer here. It remembers
items like names and once it's accepted, the next time you start typing it
fills it in and AutoExpand is turned on. The problem is that it if the wrong
spelling is entered and accepted, the next time you try to put the name in,
it will correct to the wrong spelling unless you add a space or another
character. There has to be somewhere that this is stored.

What's happening is that you do not have the LimitToList property turned on.
This allows anything to be put in. You'll need to manually correct the
existing errors, although some update queries may help speed it up. Then set
LimitToList to Yes in the combobox's property sheet.
