Autoupdate will not save

I have Antispy installed on 70 pc's. This pc will not
save the autoupdate settings. Also, Each time I open
Antispy, I get the Initial Steps Wizard (probably related
to the fact that it doesn't save the settings)

I have uninstalled and reinstalled with the same result.

Any ideas as to where to look for the problem?

1. Uninstall again.
2. Delete the directory C:\Program Files\Microsoft AntiSpyware\ and all its
contents.
3. Re-install.

The problem is possibly connected with security permissions on this
directory.
