Autoupdate error

Hi , need a hand w/ an error ( a pain in the rear ).
Every night for the last two weeks I ( automatically)
download and install the exact same XP security fax.
I've been installing them daily. Dumby me just figured
it out. Same patch number. Any clues as to why my
system ( its unmodified) is doing this?

Its actually me replying...I meant patch not fax.
