Use an add-in template containing the items and point all the users to the
same startup folder. Better still put the autotexts in the document
templates to which they apply and use the workgroup folder to share the
document templates. Don't be tempted to share normal.dot. http://www.gmayor.com/Template_Locations.htm

We've done it in ways - create your autotext and save it
to a template other than your normal. Save that template
to a central location. Use Tools, Templates and Addin's
to attach to the autotext template and it will be
available to all. Its best to restrict access to read-
only for all but one or two users.
It's also possible to store that template in your start up
folder (through Tools, Options, file locations) and have
it available to all who have access.
