The Autotext facility in Word is very useful but there is one situation
where it is very annoying.
We always type the date of a letter on a line (paragraph) of its own and
immediately hit enter at the end of the year. For example:
17th January 2006¶
The problem is that by the time I get to the end of the date the Autotext is
prompting me with "2006-1-17 (Press enter to insert)".
When I press enter to start a new paragraph I end up with:
17th January 2006-1-17¶
Is there any way to turn off this date type autotext while leaving on
autotext for other text entries?
Thanks.
