autosum always giving 0 in excel

I have one sylk format file downloaded in excel . When I
am trying to use autosum on one of the columns its always
giving 0 .
Any Idea what is problem here
 
That happens to me when my formats are not numbers. Try
formatting the selected cells to Text.
