Autoshutdown in W2000?

My W98 PC has an autoshutdown feature that not only shuts
down Windows, but the PC as well. Is this feature in
Windows itself or in the BIOS configuration and does W2000
support this feature.
Trivial but a nice feature to have!

ACPI compliant systems should have this feature built in.
