"autosave" message in Outlook Express

User is running OE in Win XP. ISP is Charter Communications. When user
attempts to create or reply to e-mail, after typing a few words in the
message box she gets this: "Cannot find http://
mail.charter.net/do/mail/message/autosave" She cannot send any e-mail, but
receives e-mail normally. The Charter Tech Support contact says this is a
Java problem and not one Charter can help with. She has not made any changes
to her setup with the possible exception of automatic Windows downloads.
This message began appearing several days ago. What does this message mean?
What is the method to correct this and restore her e-mail? Thank you for
your assistance.
 
She should call Charter back and have the tech talk her through setting up
the proper server for outgoing e-mail.
