AutoPreview in BCM Business History

When I choose AutoPreview in Business History in BCM it returns an error:

Unable to display information. There is either a problem conecting to the
server or an error has occurred. Try restarting Microsoft Office Outlook
again.

This is the ONE location I'd like to see AutoPreview. Is this option possible?

Hi,
It is possible to use Auto preview in the Business History folder.
Did it work after restarting Outlook? If not then try the same on a new
profile.
