Can anyone shed some light on this?
I have users that need to remove some of the names that
autopopulate the line "TO:" when they write to people, and
some of the people they write to have either moved on, or
chaged addresses. As we all know, when you start to type
the name, the box drops down and gives you options of who
to write to, but I have one user with 3 of the same name,
and they want the old 2 to go away, and just keep the
current and correct address. They have been removed from
the address books, and they need to use the autopopulate
feature, but it can be a long list when the have 4 or 5 of
the same name to pick from, and all the addresses are
wrong but one is right...
So, can anyone tell me how to get that information out of
memory? I can't turn off the "fill in" feature because
they do use it.
Thanks!
