For anybody who knows Autopatcher for Vista is a program that provides all
security and recommended and optional patches for Vista in one installer.
They have been around for several years with versions for XP x64, XP and
Windows 2000.

Check it out and see if you want to try it with links on autopatcher.com.
As usual this is not blessed by M$ so you've been warned.

Not quite ready yet. I did download it when it was briefly up but it was in
Italian. Waiting on something from MS.

In other cases (Windows XP x64, Windows XP and Windows 2000) it worked
flawlessly. Has an uninstaller as well. Naturally you will want to make a
restore point or backup - I create an image.

And you rely on who is sending the autopatcher... yes there are good ones
but many dl from sites or torrents and you take a chance. Only reason for
autopatcher existing is for those that run pirate ver of vista with
stoptimer cracks. <shrug>

"many dl from sites".

How do you not download anything from a site?

You don't need Autopatcher.com if you have the timerstop.sys crack because you are permanently on a
30 day grace period. You can download any update from the M$ site.

Funny I didn't bother activating windows for a week or so, but when I
tried to download a program from Microsoft I got the "Genuine Windows"
crap.

So I went ahead and validated.
