I'm relatively new here and this might have been discussed before. But somehow I can't get back any results with the search function, not even for the most simple single key words.
I'm looking for a way to do this: let's assume there is a distribution list Aaa and another one Bbb. When I start writing an email to Aaa I want Outlook to automatically append a text like "Please see enclosed report XXX" and when I'm writing to Bbb it should be "Please see attached report YYY".
