Automating button press

Hi All,

I'm using PP 2007 along with some data links to Excel. I found some post on
here showing how to update links automatically while PP is running by using a
button to run some code. In the example they said just press the button and
the code will run thus refreshing the links. This works fine, except I don't
want to press the button every time it loops. Is there a way to run the code
automatically, or is there a way to automate the button being pushed?

Shyam's free add in may do what you need.

If you can code yourself you could trap the slideshownextslide event for the
last slide and use it to run the update code.
