I have posted to alt.binaries.freeware a template I did up. (Pls see
the second, modified version.)
For two months now have been trying to get this concept into a
template with automation. I had no luck in WP because I couldn't find
a scripting expert in the forum I went to, so was hoping to have more
luck in this Excel version.
The basic template is complete. I just need a pulldown calendar where
I can pick the start date, say today and it would dump today's date
(in the pre-configured date format) into <vStartDate> and <vDate1>.
Then for a calculation to take over and dump the next 6 dates into the
next 6 title rows that have <vDate1+1>, <vDate1+2>, <vDate1+3>, etc.
and then have the name of the last day of the week chosen not only
dump that date into <vDate1+6> but into <vEndDate>. btw, I imagine
it'll just be easier to have <vDate1> and <vDate1+6> for the top dump
instead of <vStartDate> and <vEndDate>, I wasn't thinking.
I'll go re-post a third copy <sigh>. We newbies, eh?!!!
Here's hoping someone understands enough of what I mean to make sense
of this and can come up with coding for it. I know WP coding to some
degree VB Excel scripting not at all!
Thanks in advance!! This is for medical reasons not diet loss, and
it's vital I start planning my meals better for my health's sake.
Nothing out there does the job. This will once it's automated. Make
life a snap.
Cheers!
