Automatically use specific email account when emailing specific co

Hi all,

Does anyone know how to configure Outlook 2003 to use / associate a specific
email account with a specific contact when emailing a specific contact? I
can't always remember to manually select the correct account as I am too busy
and sometimes I just forget.
