I have a series of reports that I regularly send to clients outside of our company. The process is relatively easy

1. Produce the reports and save as pdf files (in a pre-determined folder)
2. Cut & Paste the reports into outloo
3. Type in the email address and subject, then Send to client

Is there a way to automate step 2

I tried creating a template (*.oft) with the email address and subject pre-filled with the files already attached and niavely thought that step 2 would automatically update, but it didn't. I send in excess of 1,000 of these reports each year so it would be quite a time saver. Can anyone help please.

Thanks Roady, although I would looking for a 'freebee' option. I would have thought that this would be a common problem and that outlook would have the facility already built in (by the way I'm using outlook 2000 SP3). Any other suggestions
Thanks

Code it yourself with VBA? :-)
