Automatically transfer control properties

RAM

Hi,

access 2003

I have a reference form with controls and I need to adjust several
other forms in the same way.
So I go over alle controls and manually type over the props of the
reference controls on the reference form.

Is there a way to automate this or so?

Handy would be a format painter that
1) covers all the controls props
2) works intermediate between 2 different forms (or even 2 forms in 2
different mdb's)

Much appreciated for your input!
Rudi.

Hi Ram,

For some dollars, you can purchase a handy utility database that will do
this quickly and easily for you.
I believe there is also a free one available.

Products to document the database and do a global find and replace. All
have Access 97 and later versions. Some don't have an Access 2003 version,
but may still work with Access 2003.

Thanks Jeanette,

I already checked out the first 2 links. I was not aware of such
software.
It might also be usefull for other future tasks.

Thanks for helping me out.
Regards,
Rudi.
