Automatically reposition cursor

I have a area code text box on a form that I would like
the user to be able to enter the 3 digit code and then
have the cursor automatically move to the phone text box
for data entry. I don't want the user to have to hit the
tab key to tab to the phone field, I want this to be
automatic. Can someone help. Thanks.
