automatically redirecting me away...

For some reason IE 6 is automatically redirecting me away
from certain sites that are "https". IE sends me to a
website called "Internet Optimizer". This doesn't happen
often, only when I try to go to a "https" site. I'm
running IE 6.0.2600.0000 cipher strength is 128-bit, and
product id is 55736-6480154-04298, update versions is 0.

Any ideas on how to fix?
