First, forgive me if this request is rather simple for a
programming wiz. I'm not a programmer in any way,
strictly systems admin...In Outlook 2002, a user here
updates a resource calendar, uses the Save as Web Page
option to save output to a folder on a server, which is
then posted on an intranet. To me, its sounds crazy,
since I have OWA up and can just send the url to the
calendar for the staff that needs to view over browser,
but they say the interface on published web pages look
better than the live OWA link to calendar,it lists the
details of appointments in a righthand pane after
clicking date for easy viewing, and its faster.
Basically, what she wants is a macro in Outlook 2002 that
will automate saving the calendar as a web page to a
shared server folder, and if possible one that prompts
for the date range for the calendar.
Any help is greatly appreciated
