Automatically Installs to Desktop??

When I try to install a game, it automatically installs all the files onto the desktop, instead of suggesting a path in program files. Does anyone know how to get it to install normally, where it suggests a path in program files and has the option there for me to pick a different place for it to install to??? Thank you.

It probably installs the .exe or .msi file to desktop, not the game. When you clic this icon it will then install the game to the default path or one you choose.
