Automatically generating outlook profiles

Does anyone know an easy way to generate an outlook 2003
profile based on the user's logon name?? The 500 or so
staff where I work seem to have a difficultly (or are
just plain lazy) manually creating a profile. Thanks in
advance.
 
No offence, but a company with 500 staff members should expect them to do
it...
