Automatically Expand Drop Down Menus

Is there a way to set IE6 so that the drop down selections, in my case
Favorites, is always expanded to include all entries? I always have to
click the << expansion button to get all my Favorites listed.

Tools | Internet Options | Advanced
Uncheck "Enable Personalized Favorites Menu".
