Automatically disable a user account

How can I automatically disable a user's account after a
certain time period. Say I have a temp worker and they
are going to be with us for 1 week how can I disable
their account automatically on the 5th day?

Set account expiration to the day that you want the account dead. You can do
it in ADUC or you can use accexp which is a freeware command line tool at
www.joeware.net.
