Sorry for the double post. I posted in m.o.dotnet.framework a few days
ago, but no response, so I'm trying again.

Hi,

I need my application (C#, .Net framework 1.1 SP1) to be able to detect
the automatic proxy configuration for the user. I can get the settings
if they are manually entered. (with GlobalProxySelection.Select)

I just don't know how to obtain the settings IE receives, when
"Automatically detect settings" is enabled in LAN Settings. Or if using
automatic configuration script.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

I googled a lot, but haven't find anything useful.

No one?

Just using th web interface to bump this. I was wondering why the 2 day
period for responce is not obeyed?

As I read on the main page of the MSDN support, it should still be active,
but I do not receive any answer.
