Automatically create Outlook rule

I often create Folders in Outlook to store e-mails from groups of people.
When an e-mail comes in I then drag it to the Folder. It would be good if
Outlook would ask "Do you want to create a rule to do this in the future?"
rather than have to go through the rigmarole of creating a rule.

I did the same for along time and had a lot of folders in outlook and
it all ended up in i couldn't find any thing anyway. A moonth ago i
deleted all the folders and draged the mails to my inbox and installed
a desktop search tool. It works perfect and i havent mist my folders
for a second. I find my mail within seconds and i dont spend any time

THis works fine if you don't have a limit on the size of your mailbox, which
a lot of companies do. We have to use personal folders in order to keep the
size of our mailbox to a minimum....
