Automatically adding all inbox email addresses to my contacts, macro?

I am looking for a way to get all of the email addresses from my inbox (or outbox, for that matter) into my Outlook 2003 contacts address book. I was wondering if there is a way to use a feature in Outlook 2003 to do that, or if a macro could be used

Has anyone written a macro to accomplish this?

Also, I don't have the option of having people I repsond to added to my Outlook contacts, either. Is this becase I am not using the PAB. If so, is there a way to convert the information I have now in cantacts to a pab
