Automatically add recipient's address to contacts

How do I automatically add the address of recipients of my sent messages to my contacts list? I tried constructing a rule using the rules wizard, but couldn't figure it out

What I'm trying to do is create a simple spam filter of my own. If the sender of incoming messages is someone I've sent to before, then accept it into my standard inbox. If not, and if it has ".com" or ".org" in the sender's address, put it in my spam folder. I've already constructed the appropriate rule for incoming messages. I just can't figure out the rule (or other method) for my outgoing messages. I would really like to avoid just having to remember. Also, I would want this rule (or other method) only to apply to recipient's with ".com" or ".org" in the address
