Hi,
I have 2 questions regarding outlook 2007 address book.
1. Is there any setting somewhere I can enable so the email addresses used
(emails sent to, etc) are automatically added to the address book. It does
create a dropdown list of email addresses used when creating an email and the
first letter of the email address is typed into the to field.
2. Is there anyway to access all the stored email addresses in the dropdown
to list so they can be added to the address book?

Thanks,
Stephen

No.

That list of addresses is captured by Outlook's Autocompletion feature.
These addresses are stored in
a file referred to as the NK2 file, which you would need a third party
utility
to view its content. Ingressor is one of these utilities.

Read about Outlook's Autocompletion here:
http://www.ingressor.com/autocompletetips.htm

You can download a demo version of Ingressor's Desktop Version that will
display
the current list of addresses in your NK2 file.
