If someone sends me their contact information in text format (no vcard,
etc., just lines of text in an email), what's the easiest way to get
that information into a Contact? (Outlook 2000)

I know if I copy the email to the Contacts folder, a new contact will
open with the email sender's name and email address fields filled in,
but the rest of the fields (address, phone, etc.) are blank, so the rest
of the contact information has to be either retyped or each portion
copied and pasted into the appropriate field. Ideally the person asking
me this would like to not have to retype any of the information, nor
even to have to copy and paste, just for all the fields to be
automatically filled in - or I suppose for Outlook to present them with
a series of questions they could just point and click to assign the
various lines to the appropriate Contact fields, something like that.
Is any of this possible?

I kind of assume it's not, but thought I'd check to be sure.
