Automatic Updates : Is there a Log ?

I have Automatic Updates configured to automatically
download and install. Is there a log file that lists each
download and when it was installed ?

In your %systemroot% usually c:\Windows\ exist a file named Windows
Update.log.
There you can read what updates have been made.
