You could set up an SUS server and force the clients to use it via GPO.
That should run in the system context as opposed to the user context.

AU is a system service that is configured for a computer, not for a user.
You can either log on as an admin and configure it via the control panel, or
you can configure it via Group Policy. There are settings for it in
Computer Configuration/ADM Templates/Windows Components/Windows Update. You
may have to download and import wuau.adm to get all of the settings you
want.

If we use SUS and GPO, Is it possible to deploy patch for people who have no
right to install program.
