Automatic Update Settings

I want to set Windows Update to "Automatically download
the updates, and install them on the schedule that I
specify" but, when I click on Start>Settings>Control
Panel>Automatic Updates the options are "greyed out" and I
can't select anything. I'm assuming that it may be a
policy setting but can anyone give me any ideas on how to
change this so I can make this selection?
