automatic update of graphs from excel in a running powerpoint

I have an excel spreadsheet with graphs which is updated every minute with
new data from a query into our database.

Can anybody tell me how I can embed graphs from this spreadsheet in a
running powerpoint presentation and get it updated every minute in powerpoint
as well?
