Automatic underline when sending mails

When try to compose new mail ,by default underline is comming and if I remove
remove underline by pressing ctrl+u it goe's off. But after I send mail to
the user. It is sending with underline everytime. Even If see the same in the
sent folder it is showing as all the lines with underline.

can you please help to work properly. I have seen the settings in
options-->mail setup-->new message-->fonts. It looks evry thing is good.

Sounds like you're using Word as you mail editor and that the Word template
contains that setting. Look in %AppData%\Microsoft\Templates and delete the
normal and email templates. Then try again.
