Automatic shutdown of Windows at Broadband connection

Have a new Compac Presario 2100 Notebook, with XP home. It works well at dial connection to internet. When I connect to a broadband I the computer will shutdown windows. A put up windows tells me that tells me that the computer will close down within 30 seconds due to the PPC was ended unexpected by the NT Instans. The error meassage is

2003-12-20 10:27 Application Error Faulty program svchost.exe, version 5.1.2600.0, felaktig modul unknown, version 0.0.0.0, felaktig adress 0x00000000.

I can connect to the Broadband w/o problem with other computers. I have re-installed all programs on the computer but the problem is still there.

This looks like the W32.Blaster.Worm. Take a look at this:
