Automatic Send As - From field and signature

Hi folks,
I am having the following problem:

BACKGROUND
Exchange Server 2003 and Outlook 2003
CEO and Administrative assistant. The administrative assistant has to check
her own email as well as the CEO's email.
I established the security attributes on the CEO's mailbox giving permission
to the admin assistant. I also went to the advanced options to open another
user mailbox. In the navigation pane, the administrative assistan is able to
see the CEO's mailbox.
So far so good.
She is also able to send messages as the CEO, but she has to populate the
"From:" field.

THE ISSUE
The administrative assistant needs:
-Click on her own inbox, and when clicking in "New", that the From: field is
being automatically populated with her email address and the new mail with
her signature.
-Click on the CEO's inbox, and when clicking in "New", that the From: field
is being automatically populated with the CEO's email address and the new
mail with the CEO's signature.
-Finally, everytime that a message is sent as the CEO, the message should go
to the CEO's Sent Item folder, not the assistant folder.

Is there any way to do this?
