I've installed a TV tuner card first by going through
disk manager and finding the drivers on the driver CD
that were missing. However, after installing a couple of
drivers the computer found about five other sound and
audio drivers it was missing in order to run the card
correctly. So then I installed everything from the CD
setup.

The problem is that now whenever I try to shut down my
computer a blue screen flashes (to quickly to read) right
before the end of the shut down process and then it
restarts. How can I go about troubleshooting this?

In system Properties (right click My Computer and choose properties or open
"System" in Control Panel) on the advanced tab click "Startup and Recovery."
Uncheck "Automatically restart."

That won't solve the problem but it will leave the blue screen up long
enough to read. Post back with the error or try here.

Thanks for the startup and recovery tip. I turned the
auto recovery off and then blue screen turned out to be a
stop error. This is just to give a heads up on what's
going on. I'll post again later tonight with the exact
message.
