User is on Outlook 2000 running on Exchange. Her question is:

I have a separate webmaster account for (A,B,C) that comes directly to my
desk when the public visits our website and wants to write us a note. Is
there a way to set an automatic response on a ghost account that is
different than the "out of office"

Yes, you can create a Wizard Rule for this that let the server reply with a
template. Make sure you set some exceptions (for instance based on the
subject field so it will not reply on subject with e.g. reply, failed,
undeliverable, etc...) otherwhise you could create endless mailloops between
two mailservers and those can be a real threat to the mailservers!

I believe you'll need Outlook 2002 or 2003 for creating a rule that let the
server reply with a template or use the Exchange client instead.
