automatic refreshing

When I am on the internet my page will automatically
refresh tremendously fast and I get a 'page cannot be
displayed'. It keeps refreshing and I have to keep hitting
escape to get out of it.
 
That is on the particular webpage. It's called "refresh"

Sounded stupid to me too. It is generated from the webpages, and you can do
nothing to change it.
